Julie Schell
PRESIDENT

Julie Schell, President of Change Management Partners, Inc., is dedicated to strengthening the capabilities of both individuals and organizations so they can meet business challenges and deliver results as they close the gap between where they are and where they want to be.  Julie’s specialties include executive coaching, strategic planning, change management, leadership development, team building and workshop/program development.

Julie’s twenty-one years at the General Motors Corporation (GM) informed and leveraged her abilities to strategize and implement change. Beginning as a facilitator of Value Engineering Workshops, Julie was tapped to manage Total Quality Management (TQM) for Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality to drive alignment and a shared purpose around customer excellence.
Julie has a wealth of knowledge and experience working with leaders
at all levels.  She knows how to get a group of leaders in a room
and have them co-create strategy, action plans, performance
systems, etc.
Julie is competent, confident, and fearless in
guiding leaders to do the right thing for their organization
and their teams.  They might not know ‘what hit them’ but
they’ll be thankful and relieved for her coaching and guidance.”

As an Organizational Development Manager for the Product Development Organization, Julie implemented a process to institutionalize GoFast™ (a change management process) for 10,000 engineering employees that improved the corporation’s bottom line by $20 million. Julie engaged and coached the leadership team, developed 200 engineers into a team of coaches and aligned Project Managers. Julie was also the Organization Development Manager for the Full Size Truck Vehicle Line Team (which managed products whose profits were over $5 Billion per year), widely acknowledged as a High Performing Team.

Julie currently works with a broad range of clients (ex: Ford Motor Co., Masco Corporation, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Accudyne Industries, Ammeraal Beltech) including local, regional, and global companies; all functions from engineering to manufacturing to sales; leaders at every level - in the private and public sector.  The focus is on increasing performance and profitability by facilitating workshops with Top Leadership Teams to co-create a vision, strategies and objectives, identify and remove roadblocks, consolidate and standardize work processes, engage and align employees and address cultural issues.  These workshops are followed by one on one coaching with the Leaders to enhance their Leadership Competencies.
