Leadership is more complex than ever. Julie Schell is an Executive Coach and Leadership Advisor who partners with leaders to develop leadership capability, align organizations, and deliver lasting business results — through executive coaching, leadership team development, strategic planning, organizational alignment, and transformational leadership.
"Smart leaders use this time to develop their bench strength. The future leaders and the organization will benefit from time well spent."Julie Schell · Founder & President, Change Management Partners
Lasting results come from working at three levels at once — the leader, the team, and the organization.
Executive coaching that builds clarity, confidence, executive presence, and leadership effectiveness.
Leadership team facilitation that strengthens trust, communication, accountability, and strategic alignment.
Strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and change leadership that create sustainable business results.
Change Management Partners works with Fortune 500 companies, regional firms, and leadership teams at every level and in every function — engineering, manufacturing, sales, HR, and beyond.
Our approach is built on one belief: the key to accelerating change is the engagement and alignment of leaders. Everything we do focuses on closing the gap between where your organization is and where it needs to be.
Consulting works with your stakeholders to clarify the vision — the big picture of where the organization is going.
Coaching aligns your leaders with the vision — working with them individually and collectively on what it takes to line up behind it.
I believe transformation begins with leadership. Organizations do not transform because of a new strategy, process, or organizational chart — they transform when leaders think differently, build trust, align people around a shared purpose, and create an environment where individuals and teams can thrive.
As an Executive Coach and Leadership Advisor, my role is not to provide answers — it is to ask the questions that help leaders think differently, discover new possibilities, and make decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
Leadership is a journey of transformation. My passion is helping leaders realize their full potential so they can inspire others, strengthen their organizations, and create results that endure.
Training provides the tools, techniques, and language necessary for managing change across the entire organization.
Most training programs are forgotten within two weeks. Not because the content isn't good — because nothing bridges the classroom and Monday morning. We built that bridge.

Vince Barlow has spent over 25 years helping leaders close the gap between who they are and who they’re capable of being. He coaches from the inside out — working with executives, founders, and teams to name what’s driving their behavior, dismantle the patterns holding them back, and build new ones that last.
His approach is EQ-first, accountability-driven, and grounded in the conviction that inner work always precedes outer results. A stroke survivor, Vince knows firsthand what it means to rebuild from the inside — and that lived experience shapes every coaching conversation he has.
Whether you're facing a major change initiative, building a new leadership cohort, or coaching one key executive — we're ready to help.
